As per the financial times reports, the deal between the Sam Dell Group and Performance Pontiac GMC Nissan Inc was concluded on 23rd January of 2004.

This was disclosed in the general meeting of Nissan by the company owner Mr. Ronald Boukiar. Although, he made every aspect of the deal clear, yet he declined information about the financial terms.

Sam Dell has obtained the rights to sell various tools and parts of Nissan motors. There has been no exchange of real estate between Sam Dell Cars and Nissan. As per Mr. Boukiar Sam, Dell has got 7500 sq feet of indoor space and 70,000 sq feet of parking area. This space is to expand the line of used cars sold by Sam Dell Cars.

As per Sam Dell, the used car division of the company is doing well. The company plans to move to the top of the ladder in terms of used car sales. Sam Dell Cars has put a record sale of more than fifty percent on all pre owned vehicles. As per the performance reports, Sam Dell Car Dealer Group, sells about 800 used cars a year. Few years ago, this number was more than one thousand.

As per the recent reports, Nissan dealership with Sam Dell is a perfect fit. In 2003, there was a total sale of 44 million dollar by the Sam Dell Cars. Sam Dell Car Co advertises the vehicles on radio. The dealership centers of the Sam Dell Cars are all based in Syracuse, New York.
