The Sam Dell Auto Co provides exemplary service. I have had the opportunity to interact with them and I am very satisfied with the level of their service. On March 25, 2002, my Toyota Tercel caught fire. I went to Sam Dell and Associates to get advice about the purchase of a new vehicle. I give full credit to the company for the advice and guidance that they have provided me with.

After the fire tragedy on my car, I never thought that I would be able to buy another vehicle. I consulted the salesman, Mr. James Pridgen. He was sympathetic. He told me I would need to pay an amount ranging from 500 to1000 dollars. He assured me that I could have an excellent 1998 Neon or Malibu model Nissan car. I was really excited and accepted his decision. I accepted his suggestion. I borrowed the money from my mother.

As a next step I filled the credit application at Sam Dell Associates. The salesperson told me that he would get back to me very soon. He called me within a day. He told me that Sam Dell had approved my loan application. We decided to meet the next day. To be very frank, my fiancée had no idea that I was about to get a car from Sam Dell car co. I definitely wanted to give her a big surprise.

I went to the Sam Dell dealers the next day along with my friend. Both of us had to meet Mr. James and waited two and a half hours to meet him. He said that my loan was for the Malibu was denied. He assured that he would definitely seek an approval for Neon and get back to me.

The next day was my lucky day. Mr. James called me back and told me that I had been approved for the Neon from Sam Dell. He told me to come to the Sam Dell car dealership center the next morning. He further requested me on phone to give the names and addresses of my close relatives and friends who would be interested in purchasing vehicles from Sam Dell dealers. I gave him complete information about my fiancée. I made the down the next morning. I was happy to drive home my neon. It was a nice and happy moment.
